- Вакцина, которую мы используем для вакцинации населения от коронавируса, состоит из двух разных компонентов и вводятся они поэтапно. Обе формы используются для внутримышечных инъекций в дозировке 0,5 мл. Промежуток между введениями компонентов составляет 21 сутки, - пояснила главный внештатный специалист по терапии и общеврачебному делу регионального министерства здравоохранения Елена Власова.
Кроме того, первый компонент прививки от COVID-19 получили 885 жителей региона.
Вакцинация положена гражданам, у которых нет противопоказаний, и осуществляется с их добровольного согласия.
Противопоказаниями к вакцинации являются:
- гиперчувствительность к какому-либо компоненту вакцины или вакцины, содержащей аналогичные компоненты;
- тяжелые аллергические реакции в анамнезе;
- острые инфекционные и неинфекционные заболевания, обострение хронических заболеваний - вакцинацию проводят через 2 - 4 недели после выздоровления или ремиссии. При нетяжелых ОРВИ, острых инфекционных заболеваниях ЖКТ вакцинацию проводят после нормализации температуры;
- беременность и период грудного вскармливания;
- возраст до 18 лет (в связи с отсутствием данных об эффективности и безопасности);
- гиперчувствительность к какому-либо компоненту вакцины или вакцины, содержащей аналогичные компоненты;
- тяжелые аллергические реакции в анамнезе;

Противопоказаниями для введения компонента II могут быть тяжелые поствакцинальные осложнения (анафилактический шок, тяжелые генерализированные аллергические реакции, судорожный синдром, температура выше 40 °C и т.д.) на введение компонента I вакцины.
Вакцина применяется с осторожностью при хронических заболеваниях печени и почек, выраженных функции эндокринной системы (сахарный диабет), тяжелых заболеваниях системы кроветворения, эпилепсии, инсультах и других заболеваниях ЦНС, заболеваниях сердечно-сосудистой системы (инфарктах миокарда в анамнезе, миокардитах, эндокардитах, перикардитах, ишемической болезни сердца), первичных и вторичных иммунодефицитах, аутоиммунных заболеваниях, заболеваниях легких, астме и ХОБЛ, у пациентов с диабетом и метаболическим синдромом, с аллергическими реакциями, атопией, экземой.
При наличии положительного эпиданамнеза (контакт с больными с инфекционными заболеваниями в течение последних 14 дней) и у переболевших COVID-19 более шести месяцев проводится тестирование: исследование биоматериала из носо- и ротоглотки методом ПЦР (или экспресс-тестом) на наличие коронавируса SARS-CoV-2 или крови с проведением исследования на наличие антител IgM и IgG к вирусу SARS-CoV-2.
Напомним, переболевшие COVID-19 в течение последних шести месяцев не прививаются.
